An Ode to D.C. from across the Potomac River | Top of the Town Rooftop Wedding

Julia & Daniel had the most spectacular, fun-filled, and laid-back wedding at Top of the Town that I have ever had the honor of capturing! This is only fitting if you know these two both as individuals and as a couple! Their kindness and easy-going nature makes it no mystery that they were surrounded by an astounding amount of friends and family who support them wholeheartedly. I wish I could relive their day all over again because it was truly one for the books!

Their wedding day was absolutely perfect (which they deserve no less of!). From the gorgeous and endless blooming roses at Bon Air Rose Garden to the picturesque views of Washington D.C.’s most iconic monuments from Top of the Town, the whole day felt like it was meant for them and no one else.

We started the day at a hotel near the Courthouse neighborhood in Arlington, Virginia before heading over to Bon Air Rose Garden. Understandably, it was quite a busy day at the garden but we created some gorgeous portraits of the nearly-weds (at that point in the day) and some elegant + silly photos of them with their closest friends! Eventually, we made our way to the very top floor of Top of the Town in the Rosslyn neighborhood of Arlington, VA. Backdropped by the most amazing view of downtown D.C., Julia and Daniel tied the knot in the presence of those they love most! Rightfully, they partied hard and well after their union became official!
